Once we receive your returned package, we will process your requested A confirmation will be sent to you via email.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding the original shipping and handling costs. Items must be unworn and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Fill Out the Returns Form: Make sure to include your order number and reason for return. If you need a form, download it here.

Package Your Return: Ensure the items are well-packaged and meet all return conditions.

Exchanges: Please note that we only accept exchange for size not colour/design.

Shipping Your Return: Use a trackable and insured service for shipping your return. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Complete All Details: Make sure the return form is fully completed and enclosed with your items. Missing information may delay the processing of your return.

International Returns:

Use a trackable service to monitor your return.

Additional costs may apply for international returns.

Items must be unworn, with no scuffs or marks.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be in original, resalable condition.

Ensure all items are well-packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Protect the original box with an outer packaging layer, as any damage to the box may result in the return being refused.

Use a trackable and insured service for return shipping.

We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.

Include the completed returns form with your package to ensure proper processing.

 

Processing Your Return:

Allow up to 7 business days for processing once we receive your return.​

You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed, which may take a few days depending on your card issuer.
