How do I determine my shoe size?We provide a size chart on our website to help you find the perfect fit. You can measure your feet or refer to your current shoe size for guidance.

How should I care for and clean my shoes?We coat our footwear with Crep Protect which lasts for 4 weeks. Proper care and maintenance can prolong the life of your shoes. After worn we recommend cleaning your shoes after worn with Luke warm water and pat dry. Crep Protect is the our best option.

Do you offer wide or narrow sizes?Our footwear is available in standard sizes, check our size chart.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?You can exchange for a smaller or bigger size or If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn shoes within 14 days. Please refer to our Returns section for more details.
